As part of the United Nations Ocean Conference 2025 (UNOC3) in Nice, France, the OceanPrediction Decade Collaborative Centre (DCC) is hosting a photo contest to celebrate the ocean’s vital role in our lives.

Winning entries will receive prestigious exposure and recognition during the United Nations Ocean Conference 2025 (UNOC3):
  • Exhibition at UNOC3 – Winning photos will be prominently displayed at the European Digital Pavilion, offering global visibility among ocean experts, policymakers, and stakeholders.
  • Digital Photo Book – Selected entries will be featured in an exclusive digital photo book, showcasing the most compelling images submitted.
  • Special Recognition – The text accompanying the overall winning photo will be read during the opening session of the European Digital Pavilion, emphasizing the importance of ocean protection through visual storytelling.
  • All featured photographs will also gain online visibility through the OceanPrediction DCC and European Digital Pavilion platforms.

OceanPrediction DCC Photo contest

This form is designed to collect information about participants and their submitted photographs for the OceanPrediction DCC Photo Contest. The details provided will be used to ensure proper attribution, category placement, and communication regarding the contest. Participants are required to submit high-quality images that align with one of the three contest themes.
Each participant can only submit one picture per category (three pictures maximum in total per participant)
Estimated time for completion & photo upload: 5-10 minutes.
