Impacts of climate change on ocean health

Climate change undermines ocean health through warming, acidification, and deoxygenation, disrupting ecosystems and threatening biodiversity. These changes impact food webs and reduce the ocean’s ability to support climate regulation and human well-being. I will also highlight the ocean’s potential to help mitigate and adapt to climate change.
Le changement climatique nuit à la santé des océans en raison du réchauffement, de l'acidification et de la désoxygénation, qui perturbent les écosystèmes et menacent la biodiversité. Ces changements ont un impact sur les réseaux alimentaires et réduisent la capacité de l'océan à soutenir la régulation du climat et le bien-être de l'homme. Je soulignerai également le potentiel de l'océan à contribuer à l'atténuation du changement climatique et à l'adaptation à celui-ci.
