Jessica is deeply passionate about empowering community leaders and entrepreneurs to develop the skills and networks needed for climate resilience. With a diverse background in social entrepreneurship, climate policy, community building, impact assessment, and partnership management, she has worked across sectors—from government agencies and innovation hubs to startups and nonprofits.
Her projects have taken her to over 40 countries, through collaborations with organizations such as WWF, MIT D-Lab, the World Economic Forum, and UNDP. A values-driven, systems thinker and practical optimist, she is known for her ability to foster inclusive, transformative dialogue and support mission-driven organizations through participatory design and policy mediation.
